What you will do

• Lead NetSuite administration, development, testing, release, and support for organizational initiatives.
• Provide user support, training sessions, and draft system documentation.
• Collaborate with Finance team to translate requirements into technical designs and implement or coordinate with consultants.
• Work with cross-functional teams to scope designs, ensure requirements quality, and optimize workflows.
• Perform data audits, monitor error logs, resolve issues, and maintain change controls.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy NetSuite enhancements to meet business needs.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ hands-on NetSuite ERP experience (NetSuite Certified a plus).
• Understanding of NetSuite system integration (Salesforce experience a plus).
• Key skills: NetSuite architecture & reporting, SuiteScript, cloud/ETL concepts, analytical/problem-solving, strong communication.
• Functional experience with financial/accounting processes in NetSuite.
• Verbal/written communication, analytical/critical thinking, organization, time management.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines/conflicting priorities.
