What you will do

• Administer and optimize the NetSuite ERP platform and integrated tools such as Avalara, Stripe, and Zip.
• Configure and manage the NetSuite Advanced Revenue Module to ensure compliance with revenue recognition standards.
• Collaborate with Accounting, AR/AP, and Supply Chain departments to streamline Salesforce CRM and 3PL integrations.
• Create and maintain comprehensive process documentation within the SharePoint knowledgebase.
• Monitor application data cleanliness and maintain accurate record and field definitions in the Data Dictionary.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users on NetSuite functionality.

Requirements

• 3-7 years of techno-functional experience with NetSuite.
• Hands-on expertise with the NetSuite Advanced Revenue Module.
• Strong attention to detail regarding data cleanliness and ERP best practices.
• Proven ability to generate clear process documentation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to quickly learn and troubleshoot new enterprise applications.
