What you will do

  • Ensure client contracts are renewed expeditiously and accurately, including audits of census data like salaries, workers’ compensation codes, and benefit elections.
  • Highlight historical reviews, future cost containment suggestions, and risk assessments in medical and workers’ compensation areas while explaining pricing adjustments.
  • Develop solutions for client needs using analytical skills to meet cost containment goals and provide ongoing support throughout the renewal process.
  • Explain renewal documents to clients and internal teams, gather feedback, and consult on cost-effective benefit packages with competitive comparisons.
  • Assist in reviewing competitive bids, negotiating service fees, and handling termination procedures if needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams like Pricing & Review, Payroll, Sales, and Legal to confirm account accuracy and complete renewal administration.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred.
  • One to two years related work experience preferred.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) for high-touch client rapport building.
  • Strong analytical aptitude, organizational skills, and ability to work independently toward performance targets.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills; knowledge of PEO industry, business administration, and mathematics including algebra.
  • Proven problem-solving, persuasion, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
