Associate Data Analyst

What you will do

• Run SQL queries on revenue database for monthly digital revenue reports, review accuracy, and resolve issues
• Collaborate with revenue and analytics teams to design and maintain systems for item-based revenue recognition (consumables/durables, player life estimations, IAP allocations, etc.)
• Support quarterly analysis of user purchases and session data for revenue accounting
• Monitor and maintain financial data pipelines for completeness and accuracy
• Interface with external auditors and provide data support for annual and ad hoc audits
• Validate financial data metrics with data analytics team and identify opportunities for scalable data solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in statistics, analytics, finance/accounting, computer science or related field + 1+ year in business/analytics roles
• Expert SQL and proficiency in 1+ programming languages (R or Python)
• Advanced Excel knowledge
• Experience with data warehousing and cloud computing (GCP, AWS, Azure)
• Experience in finance/accounting operations, reporting, and external audits; basic finance concepts
• Strong communication: translate technical/non-technical concepts and document processes
• Comfort in dynamic, fast-paced environment
