Customer Experience Intern

TL;DR

Customer Experience Intern (Marketing): Assist in customer awards nominations, stories and testimonials, events, community engagement, reference fulfillment, and swag execution with an accent on marketing and customer advocacy. Focus on coordinating interviews, content creation, event logistics, responding to inquiries, and matching references to sales needs.

Location: Hybrid in San Ramon, CA – 3 days a week (M, W, TH) in office required. Open to remote interns based in United States.

What you will do

• Assist in identifying, tracking, and supporting customer nominations for New Era of CX awards.
• Coordinate interviews, collect insights, and help create content for case studies and testimonials.
• Support planning, logistics, and engagement for customer-focused events.
• Manage customer communities, respond to inquiries, and foster engagement.
• Match customer references to sales and marketing needs with timely fulfillment.
• Execute sending of customer and internal gifting for marketing spiffs.

Requirements

• College student passionate about marketing, customer engagement, and storytelling.
• No prior experience required – willingness to learn and contribute.
• Full-time availability for 11-week program starting early or mid-June.
• United States based; hybrid role requires 3 office days (M, W, TH) in San Ramon, CA.
