What you will do

• Design and implement cloud services for infrastructure and control plane on public clouds like AWS, Azure, Google Cloud.
• Build automations to provision, configure, manage, and monitor hirify.global Cloud services, sites, and offerings.
• Develop threat models to ensure secure cloud platform services meeting compliance standards.
• Drive technical architecture, scalable systems, and modern AI-assisted development practices.
• Operationalize AI agents including deployment pipelines, containerization, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with UX, product management, and platform teams on new product ideas and designs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science
• 8+ years software development experience; 5+ years with distributed systems on Google Cloud, AWS, Azure
• Strong CS fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, complexity analysis
• Proficiency in Go or Python
• Experience with dev-ops methods, full stack development, RESTful services, Docker, Kubernetes
• Hands-on with AWS/Azure/Google Cloud infrastructure, IaC (CloudFormation/Terraform), networking (VPCs, firewalls)

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global or other TDMS NoSQL/SQL databases
• Supporting 24x7 mission-critical systems
• Scripting in various languages (Shell etc.) for automation
