Salary: $157,000 – $171,000/year, plus commissions or discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Define architecture and requirements for initiatives accelerating productivity across CI/CD lifecycle and improving security posture.
• Architect and maintain scalable, reliable, and secure internal tooling via infrastructure as code.
• Mentor and coach engineers, sharing best practices as a subject matter expert.
• Ensure code quality, delivery timelines, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Manage projects from conception to delivery, including requirements gathering and planning.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of hands-on experience as infrastructure or platform developer.
• Significant development experience with Python, Groovy, Bash.
• Deep knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Experience with containers/orchestrators (Docker, Kubernetes, ECS).
• Experience with CI/CD tools and IaC (Jenkins, Git, Terraform).
• Experience building full application release cycle (CI/CD).
• Power user of AI and building AI-based automations.
• Knowledge of OS administration (Windows and Linux).
• Excellent design, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience aligning expectations across stakeholders.
• Fluent in English, strong communication skills, team player.

Nice to have

• Experience with MCP, AWS Bedrock, Agentic AI, or RAG solutions.
• BA/BS in Computer Science.
• Experience in testing methodologies (unit, integration, system tests).
• Strong networking foundations (TCP/IP, DNS, protocols, routing).
• Security principles (risk management, threat modeling).
• Database usage experience.
• Agile development practices.
• Professional certifications.
