What you will do

• Define and evolve GEN AI product vision and roadmap for shopping and content search, aligned with eCommerce and digital goals.
• Prioritize capabilities like AI-assisted discovery, natural language search, semantic retrieval, visual search, and personalized recommendations.
• Partner with engineering, data science, UX, content, and commerce teams to deliver and scale AI-driven experiences.
• Translate needs into requirements, lead A/B testing, relevance tuning, and integration with enterprise systems.
• Define KPIs for findability, conversion, and engagement; iterate based on analytics and feedback.
• Communicate progress and outcomes to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Decision making, critical thinking, and effective communications skills.
• Knowledge of software change request management.
• Located in Chicago or Peoria, Illinois, United States; visa sponsorship available for eligible applicants.
