What you will do

• Audit and redesign operational processes across student support, onboarding, and payment workflows to eliminate bottlenecks.
• Debug metrics to find root causes of performance changes and connect data with real operational behavior.
• Define the operational improvement strategy and translate insights into structured, sequenced priorities.
• Build economic cases for initiatives and establish monitoring to track real business impact.
• Lead cross-functional changes independently and implement automation for manual back-office processes.
• Research competitors and integrate modern operational best practices into the product.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Manager with measurable impact on operational efficiency or conversion.
• Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to define metrics and track outcomes rigorously.
• Experience running hypothesis-driven experiments, A/B tests, and controlled pilots.
• Proficiency in conducting stakeholder interviews to uncover pain points and process gaps.
• Fluent English for clear communication across global teams and stakeholders.
• Must be based in Portugal.
