What you will do
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for HTA, Access, and Reimbursement processes.
- Translate regulatory and planning workflows into product features and use cases.
- Conduct impact analysis and identify opportunities for process and data improvements.
- Collaborate with product, design, development, and vendor teams to refine solutions.
- Lead workshops, requirement sessions, demos, and trainings for alignment and adoption.
- Monitor product usage, analyze adoption, recommend improvements, and support integrations and roadmap planning.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Product Analysis, Business Analysis, or similar roles
- Strong analytical skills to simplify complex data and workflows
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in cross-functional and global environments
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Mural, and MS tools
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
Nice to have
- Experience in Life Sciences, Market Access, Regulatory Affairs, or HTA domains
- Understanding of resource planning systems or enterprise-level platforms
- Experience supporting global product rollouts
