Intern (Regional Strategy & Operations)

TL;DR

Intern (Regional Strategy & Operations): Support the Regional General Manager in day-to-day business and high-priority initiatives across the region with an accent on project execution, meeting preparation, and market analyses. Focus on conducting ad-hoc deep-dive analyses, contributing to growth plans, and organizing events.

Location: Stockholm or London offices. Enrolment at a university in Stockholm or London required.

What you will do

• Support regional projects with the Regional General Manager, Country Managers, and General Managers.
• Prepare and support key meetings, including agendas, speakers, and presentation materials.
• Conduct ad-hoc deep-dive analyses across markets to identify opportunities and drive growth.
• Contribute to executing high-priority projects in the region.
• Assist with planning and organizing internal and external events and meetings.
• Work full-time during summer, transitioning to part-time (20 hours/week average) during the academic year with flexibility.

Requirements

• Enrolment at a university in Stockholm or London, preferably final-year bachelor’s or master’s student in engineering, business, finance, or similar.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders across functions and seniority.
• Solid skills in Excel/Google Sheets; ideally some experience with SQL and data visualisation tools.
• Structured, detail-oriented approach, able to handle multiple projects in parallel.
• Humble, curious, open-minded attitude with willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Confidence using modern AI-powered tools and curiosity about improving workflows.
