Senior Product Manager (iGaming): Full ownership of the development and management of a standalone whitelabel platform with an accent on product strategy, roadmap, positioning, and key metrics like user growth, retention, and profitability. Location: Hybrid in Cyprus, Poland, Ukraine (offices in Warsaw, Limassol, Kyiv, Almaty, Yerevan) — work remotely or on-site

What you will do

• Take full ownership of standalone product development and management
• Define and execute product strategy, positioning, and roadmap
• Manage requirements, control timelines, and assure release quality
• Work with key metrics: user growth, retention, and profitability
• Collaborate with partners, clients, and internal teams (Dev, BI, CRM, Marketing)

Requirements

• 4–5+ years of experience as Product Manager with successful launches of large or complex products
• Deep understanding of product lifecycle, business models, and unit economics
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple workstreams
• Leadership: guide teams, build trust, establish authority
• Strong negotiation skills for partners and stakeholders
• Strategic mindset balancing long-term goals and operations

Nice to have

• Experience launching or managing whitelabel platforms in iGaming
• Knowledge of market-specific requirements (regulations, compliance, localization)
• Skills in strategic planning and product P&L management
