What you will do

• Take ownership of data engineering initiatives and act as technical lead for customers
• Design and evolve scalable data platforms using modern technologies like Databricks and Microsoft Fabric
• Guide project teams, set best practices, and ensure high-quality delivery
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into data solutions
• Optimize and monitor data workflows for performance, scalability, and reliability
• Introduce innovative data technologies and trends into projects

Requirements

• Fluency in German (C1) and English for stakeholder discussions
• 7+ years in designing/implementing data solutions, platforms, interfaces
• Strong data modeling expertise (dimensional modeling, de-normalization)
• Hands-on with cloud data platforms, big data tools, data warehousing (Databricks, Microsoft Fabric preferred)
• Experience guiding technical decisions, mentoring teams
• Consulting mindset, excellent communication with technical/non-technical stakeholders

Nice to have

• Valid certifications in Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, MS Azure
