What you will do

  • Own and drive the full sales cycle from lead generation, outbound prospecting, negotiation, to closing deals in open banking.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue and expand market presence in target segments.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and channels to accelerate product adoption.
  • Collaborate with product and leadership teams to provide market feedback and shape go-to-market strategy.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales within fintech, payments, banking, or open banking ecosystems.
  • Proven track record of closing complex deals and meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Good understanding of financial products like open banking, payment processing, acquiring, or related infrastructure.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset for fast-paced, early-stage environment with full ownership of results.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills with senior decision-makers.
