As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, closing deals, and growing revenue.
This is a high-impact, revenue-focused role with direct contribution to company growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and target potential clients (international markets)
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
• Conduct discovery calls with prospects
• Understand client needs and business goals
• Present solutions and proposals
• Close deals and negotiate contracts
• Build long-term relationships with clients
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Identify new market opportunities
• Analyze competitors and industry trends
• Contribute to sales strategy and positioning

Requirements:
• Experience in Business Development / Sales
• Experience working with international clients
• Experience in IT / marketing / digital / agency environment (strong plus)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Experience with outbound sales
• Ability to manage full sales cycle
• Results-driven mindset
