Accounting Expert PtP

TL;DR

Accounting Expert PtP: Coordinate incoming invoice booking and payment processes between stakeholders with an accent on resolving issues, vendor reconciliations, and process improvements. Focus on implementing best practices, handling audits, and supervising finance processes for migrated sites.

What you will do

• Book invoices and communicate daily with outsourcing company and stakeholders to resolve booking issues
• Perform vendor balance reconciliations, manage blocked invoices, and handle reminders
• Conduct Advance A/P, Pre Paid, and GR-IR reconciliations
• Cooperate with RTR on monthly and yearly closing steps
• Develop PTP processes, implement best practices, and maintain control frameworks
• Work on process improvement KPIs and participate in audits

Requirements

• University/College degree in Accounting or Economics
• 2-3 years of work experience in PTP area
• Excel Pivot knowledge
• Fluent in English and Hungarian (written and oral)

• SAP FI module knowledge
• Chartered Accountant
• French/Italian/Spanish/Portuguese/German language
