Focus on integrating agents with data sources, developing evaluation frameworks, and scaling LLM orchestration for real-world impact.

Location: Open in Stockholm, Oslo, Copenhagen, Espoo, Turku, Riga, Vilnius. Possibility of hybrid workplace; some travelling in Nordic countries required.

What you will do

  • Build AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, using tools, and collaborating.
  • Implement robust evaluation, tracing, monitoring, and safety controls for enterprise deployments.
  • Integrate AI agents into data sources and applications.
  • Work with business teams to transform use cases from ideas to production.
  • Contribute to developing and maintaining the internal AI agent platform.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with OpenAI / Azure OpenAI and LLM orchestration (agents, tools, function calling, routing, planners).
  • Familiarity with evaluation and observability tools for LLM systems.
  • Azure AI / MS Foundry, Microsoft Agent Framework, Azure services (Functions, App Services, Storage, Key Vault, Event Grid, API Management), Entra ID.
  • C# (.NET), TypeScript/React, or Python (ideally more than one); CI/CD with Azure DevOps; IaC (Terraform or Bicep).
  • Designing reliable cloud-native applications and integrations; experience with LLM tools like GitHub Copilot.
  • Strong curiosity, engineering discipline, learning mindset, and pragmatic problem-solving.
