is a growing SaaS company building an AI agent platform for automating customer service, with offices in Oslo, Stockholm, Copenhagen, and Amsterdam, serving clients like Booking.com and Norwegian.
What you will do
- Work directly with customers to translate business needs into technical solutions, shaping scope and tradeoffs.
- Design and build scalable, production-grade integrations between AI platform and third-party systems.
- Act as technical advisor, challenging assumptions and proposing better approaches.
- Own integrations end-to-end: architecture, implementation, testing, release, and reliability.
- Partner with Sales and CSM teams to scope integrations and identify expansion opportunities.
- Define repeatable integration patterns, tooling, and documentation for Professional Services.
- Improve internal standards in architecture, communication, and engineering practices.
Requirements
- 3-5 years experience as Software Engineer, Solution Engineer, or customer-facing engineering role
- Experience running technical discovery sessions, scoping integrations, translating business requirements into specs
- Strong hands-on with Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, NodeJS
- Hands-on with REST APIs, webhooks, cloud platforms; navigating third-party API docs
- Extract unclear requirements from non-technical stakeholders into buildable solutions
- Strong system design instincts, owning production code
- Clear communicator with business awareness
- Confident, pragmatic, collaborative; structured working with deadlines

- Solutions engineering, technical consulting, or IT management consulting
- GCP, Firebase, Kubernetes
- CI/CD, automation, developer tooling
- Postgres, Valkey, or similar databases
- Formal CS or engineering background
- QA experience
