hirify.global is a growing SaaS company building an AI agent platform for automating customer service, with offices in Oslo, Stockholm, Copenhagen, and Amsterdam, serving clients like Booking.com and Norwegian.

What you will do

• Work directly with customers to translate business needs into technical solutions, shaping scope and tradeoffs.
• Design and build scalable, production-grade integrations between AI platform and third-party systems.
• Act as technical advisor, challenging assumptions and proposing better approaches.
• Own integrations end-to-end: architecture, implementation, testing, release, and reliability.
• Partner with Sales and CSM teams to scope integrations and identify expansion opportunities.
• Define repeatable integration patterns, tooling, and documentation for Professional Services.
• Improve internal standards in architecture, communication, and engineering practices.

Requirements

• 3-5 years experience as Software Engineer, Solution Engineer, or customer-facing engineering role
• Experience running technical discovery sessions, scoping integrations, translating business requirements into specs
• Strong hands-on with Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, NodeJS
• Hands-on with REST APIs, webhooks, cloud platforms; navigating third-party API docs
• Extract unclear requirements from non-technical stakeholders into buildable solutions
• Strong system design instincts, owning production code
• Clear communicator with business awareness
• Confident, pragmatic, collaborative; structured working with deadlines

• Solutions engineering, technical consulting, or IT management consulting
• GCP, Firebase, Kubernetes
• CI/CD, automation, developer tooling
• Postgres, Valkey, or similar databases
• Formal CS or engineering background
• QA experience
