What you will do

• Develop and train ML models in production across GenAI and various industries.
• Build and optimize cloud platforms for ML deployment using AWS, GCP, Azure.
• Handle ML infrastructure including monitoring, debugging, and optimization.
• Dive into complex systems, ramp up quickly, and deliver real impact from day one.
• Influence product direction and foster high-trust team culture.
• Work on 6–24 month assignments with game changers like Spotify, Visa, Mojang.

Requirements

• 4+ years experience with proven track record in Machine Learning
• Track-record of building and training ML models in production
• Cloud experience (AWS, GCP, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with data tools (Spark, Dask, PySpark, Apache Beam)
• Expertise in Python and ML/AI libraries (PyTorch/TensorFlow, Transformers, LangChain, LangGraph, Vertex AI)
• Strong understanding of ML infrastructure: deployment, monitoring, debugging, optimization
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or similar
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
