What you will do

• Own and evolve the Group Financial Governance Framework and annual control roadmaps across all entities.
• Develop and maintain the Finance Risk & Control Matrix (RCM) aligned with operational and financial risks.
• Establish governance standards and enhance the Finance Playbook to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Oversee the design and effectiveness of controls for critical cycles including Revenue, Payments, Treasury, and Reporting.
• Lead remediation for high-risk findings and manage governance-related engagements with internal and external auditors.
• Drive automation, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives across the control environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in Financial Controls, Governance, Internal Audit, or Risk Management.
• Strong expertise in governance frameworks and internal control methodologies such as COSO and SOX.
• Proven experience operating within complex, multinational, and highly regulated environments.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Professional certification such as CIA, ACCA, or CPA.
• Experience within the online gaming or fintech industries.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Microsoft Business Central.
• Exposure to Finance transformation and process optimization initiatives.
