What you will do

• Ensure adherence to company, card/payment schemes, and PSP rules and policies.
• Comply with underwriting standards to minimize risks and maximize conversion.
• Perform underwriting and risk assessment for new and existing customers.
• Set up processes, monitor, and execute merchant underwriting and ongoing checks.
• Evaluate and update internal procedures, policies, and processes.
• Provide support to internal and external stakeholders on merchants.
• Conduct periodic merchant reviews and audits.

Requirements

• 2+ years relevant experience in banking/financial services.
• Knowledge of payment schemes rules and requirements.
• Experience in acquiring operations and merchant services.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• English at a professional level.
