What you will do

• Lead end-to-end product setup from launch to trading.
• Create line-level product forecasts and order requirements based on performance and stock levels.
• Manage stock via critical path, progression, replenishment, and identify pricing/promotional needs.
• Use pricing tools like Revionics for matches and recommendations.
• Source new suppliers or brands, own range building, forecasting, trading, and promotions.
• Produce ad-hoc reports for the category team.

Requirements

• Experience in retail merchandising and/or buying.
• Strong Excel and numerical skills.
• Ability to analyse data and communicate insights clearly.
• Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Collaborative approach and relationship-building ability.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
