What you will do

• Ensure availability, reliability, compliance, security, and cost-effectiveness of managed hosting services for customers.
• Participate in on-call rotations to maintain high uptime and resolve infrastructure issues in the Wealth domain.
• Troubleshoot problems, enhance resilience, availability, and scalability.
• Drive operational efficiency, cloud cost control, and a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Automate processes and contribute to software delivery bridging development and operations.

Requirements

• At least 5 years in system engineering, including 3+ years with Helm Charts, Kubernetes, Istio, ArgoCD, Github/GHA.
• Understanding of cloud infrastructure security, cloud-native technologies, and desired state configuration.
• Strong communication skills for driving initiatives across teams.
• Technical excellence with mentorship, hands-on guidance, and collaborative problem-solving.
• Automation-first mindset; knowledge of designing scalable, highly-available cloud infrastructure.
• Good English communication skills for international collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience with Monitoring and Observability (Grafana stack, OpenTelemetry).
• Knowledge of Python stack.
