Location: Hybrid (requires 20% office attendance).

What you will do

  • Drive the execution of fraud prevention strategies aligned with company risk appetite.
  • Build and execute fraud-specific roadmaps balancing mitigation with long-term capability development.
  • Identify and prioritize fraud risks including application fraud, payment fraud, and account takeover.
  • Lead strategic transformation programs in collaboration with Product, Technology, and Compliance teams.
  • Drive the adoption of AI and automation to improve detection and operational effectiveness.
  • Monitor emerging fraud trends and collaborate with external vendors and payment providers.

Requirements

  • Must have experience within iGaming (Online Casino and/or Sportsbook).
  • 3+ years of experience in fraud strategy, fraud management, risk, or payments.
  • Strong understanding of application fraud, payment fraud, and account takeover.
  • Proven ability to develop fraud strategies and business cases that deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Experience with fraud prevention tools, automation, and AI-driven solutions.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Visa/Mastercard fraud and dispute programs.
  • Knowledge of KYC processes and online payment systems.
