What you will do

• Design and implement scalable, high-performance backend services and APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
• Develop and maintain integration infrastructure to enable seamless third-party application connectivity.
• Build modular API interfaces to support a wide range of future use cases and ensure flexibility.
• Enhance system security for all external-facing capabilities.
• Collaborate with Product, GTM, and R&D teams to align technical solutions with business needs.
• Take full ownership of features from initial design through to production deployment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of backend software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java (Spring) and modern cloud-based architectures.
• Experience with durable systems and messaging technologies such as Kafka or SQS.
• Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and microservices.
• Solid understanding of secure API design and external integration best practices.
• Must be able to work from the Dublin office 3 days a week.
