What you will do

• Propose and develop high-impact data science projects with data, engineering, product, and business teams.
• Design, train, validate, and deploy statistical and machine learning models into production.
• Define and analyze real-life experiments using scientific methods to measure product feature impact.
• Convert team work into business insights and participate in research and innovation.
• Diffuse complex ideas to stakeholders and contribute to product development with data science perspective.
• Act as technical reference, fostering growth and best practices.

Requirements

• At least 5 years professional experience as data scientist or equivalent research role.
• Master/PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, etc.
• Experience leading design, training, and validation of statistical and machine learning models.
• Strong Python knowledge for data analysis and visualization.
• Data extraction/processing with complex SQL.
• Experience deploying ML to production including model degradation and serving.
• Ability to work autonomously in unstructured environment.

Nice to have

• Strong Probability & Statistics background.
• Scientific experimentation experience (design, sampling, significance analysis).
• Peer-reviewed publications.
• State-of-the-art methods in deep learning, time series, Bayesian statistics, causal inference.
• Geo data modeling, analysis, visualization.
