What you will do

• Serve as primary point of contact for customers running AI workloads, owning onboarding and deployment from post-sale to production.
• Build trusted relationships, manage issues, risks, escalations, and translate customer needs to engineering and operations.
• Build and improve internal systems for onboarding, deployment tracking, escalation, and account health.
• Automate repetitive workflows and define operating cadence for managing technical accounts at scale.
• Track billing, contracts, renewals, timelines, and coordinate across customers, finance, engineering, and leadership.

Requirements

• 2–5 years in customer success, technical account management, operations, or similar cross-functional role
• Strong interest in AI, GPU infrastructure, cloud systems, or technical products for sophisticated customers
• Comfortable working with customers and internal technical teams
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, manage multiple workstreams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High ownership, flexibility for urgent customer needs
• Energized by building processes in fast-moving environment

Nice to have

• Experience with infrastructure, cloud, DevOps, or enterprise technical products
• Familiarity with SLAs, support operations, billing, procurement, contract administration
• Exposure to AI/ML infrastructure, model training, GPU-based products
• Experience in startups or high-growth environments
