What you will do

• Design and build scalable AI/ML solutions with Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and LLMs, ensuring production-ready code.
• Lead code reviews, enforce best practices, and establish coding standards for maintainability and performance.
• Implement Generative AI use cases including RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, embeddings, and LLM integrations.
• Develop agentic workflows and multi-step reasoning systems.
• Deliver AI solutions aligned with business needs in domains like marketing, supply chain, retail, and operations.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers, Product Managers, and DevOps for integrating models into production systems and mentor juniors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
• 8-9.5 years in AI/ML development and delivery, with production-grade solutions.
• Strong expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, statistical modeling, Python, SQL.
• Hands-on with LLMs (GPT, Claude, Llama, Gemini), RAG, prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases.
• Experience in APIs, microservices, MLOps, CI/CD, model deployment, monitoring (MLflow, Vertex AI), GCP preferred.
• Proven code reviews, technical leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
