What you will do

• Implement MMM modules, including Sequential Cross-Validation utilities, revenue allocation logic, and parameter QC to detect overfitting.
• Convert notebook-based workflows into reusable, tested, and scalable Python modules.
• Build statistical utilities for diminishing-return curves, saturation curves, and posterior diagnostic visualizations.
• Develop and maintain metadata schemas, versioning utilities, and standardized logs for the MMM model registry.
• Translate product-defined statistical specifications into production code, serving as a technical bridge between Product and Modeling teams.
• Write and maintain unit tests, regression tests, and reproducibility checks to guarantee stability across diverse datasets.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data science, data engineering, and machine learning engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Python, specifically modular package design, Pandas, NumPy, and SciPy.
• Experience building time-series and causal models.
• Familiarity with Media Attribution and Bayesian modeling.
• Prior work with SQL, Snowflake, or GCP (ideally Google Cloud Run).
• Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English (C1).

Nice to have

• Experience building reusable plotting and BI utilities such as Looker Studio, Matplotlib, Plotly, and Seaborn.
