What you will do

• Lead end-to-end design of finance reporting features, including dashboards, data visualizations, and analytical tools
• Conduct user research to understand needs, behaviors, and financial workflows
• Translate complex financial requirements into intuitive user experiences and journeys
• Create high-fidelity prototypes validated through testing and feedback
• Develop effective data visualizations for actionable insights
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and customer success teams
• Contribute to design system and facilitate workshops for alignment

Requirements

• Proven experience as Product Designer in SaaS, fintech, or data-heavy environments
• Expertise in dashboards, reporting tools, or complex data visualization
• Solid understanding of user-centered design, UX research, and iterative methodologies
• Ability to simplify complex financial concepts into elegant experiences
• Full design lifecycle experience from discovery to delivery
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, including workshop leadership
• Proficiency with Figma or equivalent tools
• Experience with design systems at scale
