What you will do

• Lead end-to-end design of finance reporting features including dashboards, data visualizations, and analytical tools
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research to understand financial workflows and user needs
• Translate complex financial data into intuitive user experiences, journeys, and interaction flows
• Create and iterate high-fidelity prototypes validated through user testing
• Develop actionable data visualizations and contribute to the design system
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and customer success teams; facilitate workshops

Requirements

• Proven experience as Product Designer in SaaS, fintech, or data-heavy environments
• Expertise in dashboards, reporting tools, and complex data visualization
• Strong user-centered design principles, UX research, and full design lifecycle experience
• Ability to simplify complex financial concepts into elegant experiences
• Proficiency with Figma or equivalent; experience with design systems
• Strong collaboration, communication, and facilitation skills
