What you will do

• Architect and implement cloud-native and hybrid solutions using AWS and OpenShift Container Platform.
• Lead full lifecycle development of microservices, serverless, and modern web apps (Angular, React).
• Implement IaC, container orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Drive CI/CD automation, code quality, and deployment pipelines using Jenkins, Jira, Subversion.
• Apply cloud security practices (IAM, WAF, OWASP) and optimize monitoring (ELK, Splunk, CloudWatch).
• Mentor teams and contribute to Agile ceremonies as technical SME.

Requirements

• 8+ years IT experience, 6+ in software dev, 2+ in cloud architecture
• 2+ years with OpenShift, Kubernetes, containerized solutions
• 2+ years designing/deploying cloud and hybrid solutions
• Strong Java full-stack expertise, cloud-native architecture (Well-Architected Framework, microservices)
• API integration experience (REST, API Gateway, MuleSoft)
• Proven leadership in technical initiatives and mentoring
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in IT or related field
• AWS Certification (Developer/Solutions Architect)
• Finance industry experience
