What you will do

• Assist in identifying and engaging KOLs aligned with brand values.
• Support organizing and attending KOL events, meetings, and networking activities.
• Act as liaison between company and KOLs for timely professional communication.
• Help manage crisis communications and resolution efforts with KOLs.
• Prepare updates and reports on KOL activities and public sentiment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align KOL strategies with PR goals.

Requirements

• Fluency in English required to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders; additional languages advantageous.
• Recent graduate or final-year student in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related fields.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
• Presentable, confident, comfortable attending events and engaging with influencers.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, able to work in fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle sensitive situations calmly and professionally.
