What you will do
- Act as first point of contact for incidents and service requests, troubleshooting iOS devices, kiosks, and apps.
- Log, track, and escalate issues in ServiceNow while meeting SLAs.
- Manage device provisioning, hardware swaps, and large-scale deployments.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors on connectivity/hardware problems.
- Monitor queues and dashboards to spot trends and report issues.
- Document resolutions and improve support procedures.
Requirements
- 1–3 years in technical support, SOC, NOC, or help desk.
- Experience supporting enterprise iOS devices in managed environments.
- Proficiency with ticketing systems like ServiceNow.
- Strong communication and customer-first mindset.
- Excellent time management and prioritization in fast-paced settings.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with MDM tools or vendor coordination.
- Basic knowledge of BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Experience with operational dashboards for data-driven decisions.
