About the Role

You will research target markets to track regulatory developments, sandbox initiatives, and tokenization announcements. You will produce structured intelligence reports and build prioritised target lists of prospective clients. You will design and run outbound outreach campaigns, engage prospects via calls and meetings, and progress opportunities through the pipeline. You will collaborate with leadership to prioritise markets and feed market intelligence into commercial, product, and regulatory decisions. You will monitor competitor activity, partner ecosystems, and relevant blockchain network developments.

Requirements

• Strong instinct for research and ability to go deep on new markets
• Proactive, self-starting communicator
• Experience in business development, market intelligence, or strategic research, ideally within financial services, fintech, or emerging markets
• Clear and concise writing for outreach, briefings, and market reports
• Comfort engaging senior stakeholders with confidence and credibility
• Understanding of the basics of tokenization, digital assets, or blockchain infrastructure
• Ability to thrive in fast-moving environments and manage multiple markets and workstreams
• Highly organised and rigorous with data
• Existing knowledge of key markets (nice to have)
• Experience working with or selling to government entities, regulators, or sovereign institutions (nice to have)
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks for digital assets (nice to have)
• Arabic language skills or experience operating in the MENA region (nice to have)
• Track record of opening new markets or geographies from scratch (nice to have)
• Experience with CRM tools and outbound sales tooling (nice to have)

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to track regulatory developments, sandbox initiatives, and tokenization announcements
• Produce structured, actionable intelligence reports on market readiness, stakeholders, competitive landscape, and opportunities
• Build and maintain a prioritised target list of prospective clients
• Design and execute outbound outreach campaigns with personalised messaging and contact identification
• Engage directly with prospects through calls, meetings, and industry events to progress opportunities
• Collaborate with leadership to prioritise new markets and shape go-to-market strategy
• Monitor and analyse competitor activity, partner ecosystems, and blockchain network developments
