What you will do

• Manage projects from planning, hydraulic modeling, and design to construction oversight and closeout.
• Oversee master planning, capital improvements, technical reports, cost estimates, and construction documents.
• Lead work on transmission lines, lift stations, force mains, detention facilities, groundwater systems, and drainage.
• Coordinate with municipalities, utility districts, regulatory agencies, and internal teams.
• Handle schedules, budgets, deliverables, quality control, constructability reviews, and supervise staff/subconsultants.
• Provide construction-phase support including submittal/RFI reviews, site visits, inspections, and proposal development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and Professional Engineer license in Texas
• Minimum 10 years of experience in civil engineering focused on water, wastewater, and municipal infrastructure
• Strong project management skills including schedules, budgets, and deliverables
• Experience with hydraulic/system modeling, technical reports, and construction documents
• Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration with public-sector clients
• Ability to maintain technical involvement and oversee teams in an in-house environment
