What you will do

• Translate complex marketing objectives into polished, high-impact visual narratives.
• Develop integrated design systems and cohesive visual ecosystems across platforms and media.
• Create sophisticated layouts and designs using Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Use AI tools to improve creative efficiency and support innovation.
• Manage multiple projects from concept through completion and maintain organized workflows.
• Present ideas clearly and collaborate with cross-functional departments.

Requirements

• 3–7+ years of experience in an agency or in-house marketing environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design or Communications.
• Expert-level Adobe Creative Cloud skills, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong typography, layout, visual storytelling, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Understanding of modern design trends, AI-assisted workflows, web accessibility including WCAG, and sustainable design practices.
• Portfolio demonstrating a diverse body of high-quality design work.

Nice to have

• Motion graphics and short-form video experience.
• Familiarity with Asana, PageProof, Slate, or Adobe Express templates.
