What you will do

• Perform high-volume sample testing on biologics programs including proteins and antibody-drug conjugates.
• Operate LC and CE analytical systems for large molecule analysis using techniques like HPLC/UPLC, SEC, IEX, RP, HIC, CE-SDS, and cIEF.
• Prepare reagents, solutions, buffers, and mobile phases accurately.
• Troubleshoot basic instrumentation issues and follow laboratory methods.
• Maintain good documentation practices in electronic lab notebooks (ELN).
• Collaborate with team while working independently and adhering to safety, compliance, and quality standards.

Requirements

• BA/BS with 6+ years, MS with 4+ years, or PhD with 1-2 years in analytical chemistry or biologics testing lab.
• Direct experience in separations for large molecules or plate-based assays.
• Expertise analyzing biologics (monoclonal antibodies, therapeutic proteins) via LC (HPLC/UPLC, Protein A Titer, SEC, IEX, RP, HIC) or electrophoretic methods (CE-SDS, cIEF).
• Industry or CRO experience operating LC/CE systems, with ability to train quickly on procedures.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and good communication skills.
• Must follow all safety, compliance, quality practices, and be based in Rahway, NJ for 100% onsite work.
