What you will do

• Perform high-volume sample testing across preclinical and clinical biologics programs.
• Analyze monoclonal antibodies, therapeutic proteins, and antibody-drug conjugates.
• Operate LC and CE analytical systems for large-molecule testing.
• Prepare accurate reagents, dilutions, solutions, buffers, and mobile phases.
• Perform basic instrumentation troubleshooting and follow laboratory methods and procedures.
• Document results and testing activities in an electronic laboratory notebook.

Requirements

• BA/BS with 6 years, MS with 4 years, or PhD with 1–2 years of relevant experience in analytical chemistry or a biologics testing laboratory.
• Direct industry or CRO experience operating LC and CE analytical systems for large-molecule testing.
• Experience with separations for large molecules or plate-based assays.
• Experience with HPLC/UPLC, Protein A titer, SEC, IEX, AEX, CEX, RP, HIC, CE-SDS, or cIEF.
• Knowledge of good documentation, safety, compliance, and quality practices, including electronic laboratory notebooks.
• Strong communication, collaboration, independent working, and laboratory training skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Empower or other analytical software.
• Plate-based biologics assays such as ELISA for HCP or Protein A.
• Familiarity with compendial testing, including UV 280, pH, and physical observations.
