What you will do

• Evaluate ingredients and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Perform quality audits and communicate quality results to frontline team members.
• Provide feedback on quality results and performance.
• Participate in and lead problem-solving activities.
• Distinguish flavors, odors, and colors during product evaluation.

Requirements

• Two-year degree in chemistry or a related field.
• Laboratory, quality control, or related experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all organizational levels and manage multiple tasks.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to work an eight-hour shift, overtime when necessary, and in fumes or airborne-particle conditions.
• Ability to lift or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds and maintain attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience in the alcohol beverage or broader consumer packaged goods industry.
