Associate I, Quality Control, Raw Materials

Location: Norwood, Massachusetts, United States; 70% in-office work model

Salary: $53,500–$85,600 per year, with potential eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus, incentive compensation, or equity award.

What you will do

• Request, sample, inspect, and ship raw materials and retain samples.
• Coordinate samples with internal and external laboratories, including domestic and international shipments.
• Support testing for pH, conductivity, TruScan RM spectroscopy, appearance, and dimensional verification.
• Log samples and enter results in the LabVantage LIMS, while supporting raw material and consumable component inspection and release.
• Perform cleanroom gowning and aseptic techniques, maintain laboratory supplies, and complete routine cleaning.
• Maintain cGMP documentation, data integrity, safety, training, and compliance with GxP requirements and SOPs.

Requirements

• BS degree in a relevant scientific discipline.
• 0–2 years of experience with a BS degree, or 3+ years of experience in a GMP QC laboratory setting.
• Understanding of GxP regulations and a proactive, team-oriented approach.
• Ability to work onsite in Norwood, Massachusetts, under a 70/30 in-office model.
• Availability for a first-shift schedule, Monday through Friday.
