Specialist Quality Solutions

Location: Hybrid in Northfield, Illinois, United States; travel up to 25% within and outside the state for business purposes.

Salary: $79,000–$119,000 annual; bonus and/or incentive eligible.

What you will do

• Act as a liaison between clinical quality, supplier quality, post-market surveillance, sales, marketing, and purchasing teams.
• Resolve urgent and complex customer quality issues and recommend solutions to leadership-identified problems.
• Lead risk analysis for new and existing products and services, including reviews with clients and leadership.
• Develop and implement quality programs and solutions to improve customer outcomes.
• Analyze customer-specific quality data, identify trends, and develop engagement strategies.
• Present quality initiatives to customers, sales representatives, and division leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 5 years of experience in quality, marketing, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of project management experience.
• Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences and manage competing priorities under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and computer system technology.
• Experience traveling up to 25% of the time for business purposes.

• Experience analyzing and reporting data to identify issues, trends, or exceptions and improve results.
• Experience working with and facilitating cross-functional teams to solve complex problems.
