What you will do

• Lead and draft deviation investigations for Manufacturing and Quality Control departments.
• Perform root cause analysis and define effective Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs).
• Lead and document Out-of-Specification (OOS) investigations.
• Provide technical guidance and coaching to existing staff and new investigators.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex quality issues.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in quality systems management.
• Experience managing quality deviations in manufacturing and QC laboratory environments.
• Advanced proficiency with root cause analysis tools, including Fishbone, 5 Whys, and Pareto.
• Bachelor’s degree highly preferred, ideally in Science or Engineering.
• Strong technical writing and coaching skills.
