What you will do

• Lead and draft deviation investigations from inception to resolution in Manufacturing and QC.
• Perform root cause analysis using tools like Fishbone, 5 Whys, and Pareto.
• Handle OOS investigations and develop effective CAPAs to prevent recurrence.
• Coach and mentor staff to enhance investigation quality and qualify new investigators.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex quality issues.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in quality systems management.
• Proven track record managing deviations in manufacturing and QC laboratory settings.
• Advanced proficiency in RCA tools (Fishbone, 5 Whys, Pareto).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Science or Engineering (highly preferred).
• Strong technical writing skills and ability to coach in fast-paced environment.
