What you will do

• Design, develop, test, and debug software for wafer and reticle storage and transportation systems.
• Work with firmware, drivers, operating systems, databases, storage platforms, firewalls, and algorithms.
• Partner with IT services like platforms, networks, and middleware to optimize factory performance.
• Integrate new product introductions into factory environments.
• Collaborate with hirify.global factories worldwide for consistent service delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field.
• 1+ years experience in Automated Material Handling Systems (AMHS).
• 1+ years in Factory Engineering Equipment in a fabrication environment.
• 1+ years in Product Lifecycle and Mechanical Design.
• On-site work in Albuquerque, NM; no sponsorship or relocation.

Nice to have

• 3+ years in AMHS, factory equipment, and mechanical design.
• Experience with AutoCAD or similar drafting tools.
• Project management techniques and tools.
• Design for manufacturing (DFM), Design of Experiments (DOE), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA).
• Statistical analysis with JMP or Excel/Pivot Tables.
• Factory business acumen from customer collaboration.
