What you will do

• Work hands-on with infrastructure supporting distributed and highly scalable services in SaaS and on-prem offerings
• Gather requirements from customers and adapt manifests/software for new environments
• Use and augment monitoring tools to observe platform health, performance, and reliability
• Interact with product team to test features and package on-prem releases
• Automate and optimize release pipelines for frictionless deployments
• Explore emerging technologies to solve infrastructure challenges

Requirements

• 3+ years as DevOps Engineer, Cloud Engineer, Infrastructure Engineer or similar
• Based in Buenos Aires, Argentina (prioritized)
• Excellent communication skills for direct customer interaction on infrastructure needs
• Fluency in Kubernetes
• Experience with multiple cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure) and adapting for on-premises
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Self-starter thriving in fast-paced environment
