Salary: $293K – $405K + equity

What you will do

• Architect and build next-generation Identity systems, including Agent identity and Sign In With ChatGPT.
• Design identity infrastructure for consumer internet scale and resolve scalability bottlenecks.
• Develop identity primitives, APIs, and internal tooling for product team integrations.
• Collaborate with product, design, go-to-market, and engineering stakeholders across hirify.global products.
• Drive architectural initiatives, mentor engineers, and make platform decisions prioritizing security and reliability.

Requirements

• 7+ years building and shipping production systems at product-driven tech companies, owning significant technical scope.
• Deep focus on reliability, safety, and performance in production.
• Experience or strong interest in Authentication, Authorization, Federation, and Identity Management.
• End-to-end ownership, comfort with unfamiliar systems, and eagerness to learn for solving complex problems.
• Thrive in fast-paced environments, structuring ambiguity, balancing priorities, and making tradeoffs.
