What you will do

• Perform daily inspections and pre-startup preventive maintenance on machinery.
• Read drawings, manuals, and specifications to set up CNC machines, mills, and lathes.
• Operate equipment efficiently, load/unload parts, and follow sequences of operations.
• Maintain tools, dies, and machine controls; report issues to supervisor immediately.
• Complete paperwork accurately and clean work areas.
• Follow safety procedures and respond to supervision for performance improvement.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience or training preferred.
• Ability to interpret drawings, schematics, and read a tape measure.
• Basic math skills: add, subtract, multiply, divide using whole numbers, fractions, decimals.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods with intermittent bending, stooping, reaching.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as requested.
