What you will do

• Convert leads from ads, landing pages, and social media into confirmed bookings via personalized conversations
• Reactivate 3,000-4,000 past clients through strategic outreach and re-engagement
• Upsell nail services by explaining value and converting basic requests to premium appointments
• Book appointments in Fresha system, manage 50% deposits, and handle follow-ups on reminders
• Collaborate with advertising specialist to optimize lead-to-booking conversion funnel
• Track conversion metrics and report to earn commissions on successful appointments

Requirements

• Proven experience in appointment setting, sales, or customer conversion
• Strong communication skills with clear, professional phone manner for beauty clients
• Experience working with Australian clients and understanding Australian business culture and communication style
• Familiarity with booking systems and CRM platforms (Fresha a bonus)
• Sales experience with upselling and cross-selling services
• Comfortable with outbound calls and personalized messages to prospects and past clients
