Compensation Range: $200K - $250K

What you will do

• Build frameworks for understanding how users discover and engage with content
• Support emerging social experiences and creator programs by defining metrics and surfacing insights
• Track content trends and supply health to inform product strategy
• Design and analyze experiments across content, social, and creator areas
• Contribute to building strong data foundations with the data science team

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in data science roles, ideally with content platforms, social products, or creator ecosystems
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, and statistical modeling
• Experience designing and running experiments with ability to derive insights and make recommendations
• Strong product sense and communication skills, with cross-functional experience in product and engineering
• Curiosity to learn across product areas, self-starter mentality, thrive in ambiguity
• Eligible to work in the US
