What you will do

• Meet with founders weekly to mine ideas and lock the big content swing.
• Concept, script, brief production teams, direct shoots, provide edit notes, and ship assets.
• Own distribution across channels, amplification decisions, and relationships with creators and KOLs.
• Review performance and plan next week's content.
• Make B2B content habit-forming and conversation-starting.

Requirements

• Have personally created viral content or campaigns that broke containment and moved culture.
• Deep understanding of storytelling craft, like analyzing Succession or Interstellar scene-by-scene.
• Able to write, concept, direct, and ship independently at an obsessively fast pace.
• Strong opinions, willing to kill own ideas quickly.
• Personal following among internet taste-makers.
