TL;DR

Focus on delivering consulting services, reproducing problems for R&D, and sharing best practices to enhance client satisfaction and product improvements.

What you will do

  • Respond promptly to partner and customer inquiries via phone, chat, and web meetings to meet SLA objectives.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues while analyzing business requirements.
  • Provide technical mentoring, coaching, and education on effective use of hirify.global products.
  • Manage service requests, escalate when needed, and document issues for R&D and Professional Services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share best practices and create Knowledge Base articles.
  • Communicate proactively about product updates, support issues, and strategic plans.

Requirements

  • Understanding of accounting principles and/or business practices.
  • College degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Accounting, or Finance.
  • Previous experience in support at an ERP company, preferably SaaS-based.
  • Technical and functional knowledge of Finance, Payroll, Construction, Credit Card, Bank Feeds, and Field Service.
  • Strong problem-solving skills for remote troubleshooting of ERP/accounting software.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
